Factory - City

In our cities users will be able to create relationships between factories and cities, basically the owner of a factory will pay rent to the owner of the city.

In this tutorial we will show you how to create a relationship between the city and the factory. Before going through this tutorial you must connect your wallet to the meter network.

Rules:

  • You can remove your factory when it does not have any relation

  • If you want to remove your factory and they have relations you will have to pay the price of bankruptcy.

  • Only one relationship can be created between a land and a factory.

  • The factory will be automatically removed when all relationships are completed. Played Points = Max Points

1. First we will go to our world ( https://universe.businessbuilders.city ). In this case we will use the city called STORMCITY as an example (It has 100 points, 5 lands and no additional attributes)

2. Travel to the city. (https://universe.businessbuilders.city?world=1&city=1) Here you will have access to the city's properties. If you are the owner of the city you will be able to add your relationship without it being open to the public but if you are not the owner you will have to look for a property that is public. In the first image we will see a private land and in the second one a public land.

3. Now we can see some additional features. For example the data of our relationship. For now we must concentrate on this section (CREATE CITY RELATIONSHIP). Here you can see the basic data of your relationship, initially we have 4 fields with information, the city ID (1), the coordinates of our land (X = 1, Y = 1), the initial input value (30 FTB per point) and the cost of our relationship (0 FTB).

4. To know which are the data to create the relation we must select a factory, we will only have to click on the button (Open Factory selection) and the list with all our factories will be shown. In this case the user has two factories, one for coal and the other for food.

5. By clicking on the factory our data will be updated and we will be able to see the data to create our relationship. This user selected the carbon factory so the factory points will be 22. We will also see that the cost of the relationship has been updated and this will be the total value that we will have to pay as tax to create our relationship (1650 FTB).

6. In the next step we will have to approve the cost of the relationship and pay for it. This sample will be sent to the reward pool. You will have to make two transactions, one is to approve the use of your tokens and the other is to send the tokens.

7. After sending the tokens your factory will be added to the city and you will be able to see it in the world, when you add your factory the data of the land will change and the values of your factory will be added, also a notification will be sent to everyone through our social networks.

Note: You will be able to remove your factory only if it has no relationship with employees or when the minimum relationship time is over. You will have to use the button (Remove relation) to remove your factory from the city.

Rules:

  • You will only be able to add relationships if you are the owner of the city or if the land on which you want to add your factory is public.

  • You will only be able to remove your factory if it has no employee relations or when the minimum time limit expires.

  • The payment for creating your relationship will be sent to the reward pool.

  • The cost of creating your relationship is calculated with the following formula. RelationBase = 50.

Cost=(FactoryPointsRelationBase)(EntryPrice5/100)Cost = (FactoryPoints * RelationBase) * (EntryPrice * 5 / 100)
