Our ecosystem bridge. Transfer your NFTs between networks
Last updated
We implemented a system with which you can transfer your NFTs between our ecosystems. Basically you will have to transfer your NFTs to our Limbo, with which we detect that your NFTs can be transferred.
In our bridge we use two concepts, the limbo that will be the place where the NFTs that you want to transfer will be stored, the second concept is the transfer requests, these can be made from the network where you want to have your NFTs and you can make only one at a time. When you send a transfer request our system reads the NFTs you have in our limbo and tries to generate them in the destination network, if any problem occurs with the generation your request will be denied. When your request is accepted and your NFTs are in the destination network a request will be sent to burn the NFTs that were in limbo and are now in the destination network.
You can start in our application and look for the bridge between ecosystems section. This is on the left side menu.
Now, you will find a lot of information about the bridge. Mainly you will be able to see the status of the bridge, the cost per transaction and from which network you will send your NFTs. Here you will see that the network you send from is called GANACHE NFTs and your NFTs will be sent to what we call GANACHE Limbo. The limbo is the place where your NFTs are stored and the place where your NFTs will come from when you solve them on another network.
On the same page you will find the list of your NFTs, you can switch between all our NFTs. You will have to click on the NFT to select it, when it is selected the background will change to green. Our bridge has limits, in this case the limit per transfer is 10 NFTs (You can see it under the title).
After selecting them, a button will be activated at the top of the list. With this button you can approve the use of your NFTs, this is necessary if you want to send some NFTs to other networks. Or, if you have already approved your NFTs you can use the button to transfer them to the network limbo.
You will then have to confirm the transaction and your NFTs will be sent to the network limbo where your NFTs are located. After sending them to limbo you will be able to change the block chain you are connected to and check your NFTs in other networks. You will find that you have several NFTs in a section called Limbo and from here you can request that your NFT be transferred.
It is like a list of NFTs and you will also have to click on the NFTs to select them. You can also check the limbo of other networks using the buttons at the top.
When you have selected some NFTs the transfer button at the top of the list will be activated. With this button you will be able to request the generation of your NFTs in the network you are connected to.
If you want to transfer your NFTs from Polygon Limbo you will have to select it from the list of networks at the top. Your NFTs will be transferred from the selected limbo to the network you are connected to.
This process may take some time, depending on the demand of the bridge but you can be sure that you will never lose your NFTs. If you have any questions you can send me an email admin@businessbuilders.city or if you have problems with the bridge you can contact us through our official networks. Process Flags:
NFT Lock: Here the NFTs in the polygon network change state on our bridge. In case this transaction fails the process is stopped.
After this transaction the NFTs are blocked for security and remain in the control of the smart contract of the network from which you sent your NFTs. If any process after this fails you will have to contact us through our chat.
Minting: These are the transactions that generate your NFTs in the target network, also registering them in a smart contract and then releasing them to your address. Only if all transactions are completed will the NFTs be released.
Expropriation: In this step the NFTs are sent to the destination address from our smart contract. This is the final step.
There are intermediate validation steps to ensure that your NFTs have been generated correctly. Releasing: After this process is completed, one of the smart contracts sends all NFTs to the trash, burns them and they cannot be retrieved again.
