Normal employee merge
When you use 2 normal employees to create on children you need 1000 FTB. You have a 50% chance that your son will get the head of one of your employees. It means that if your first employee has a nuclear head, yo have a 50% chance that your son will have it too. Then you will have a 100% chance of getting the head you want if the employees you use have the same head.

When you use your employee he consumes a merge points, your employee will stop being fertile when he reaches 10 points.
