How to get a children
You need two normal employees and you can reproduce them, the result be a baby employee with whom you play.
You can use FTB to reproduce your employees or use FTB to but your mini employees and it is possible that you have a genius son, I don't know, it is likely. The baby will have level and little by little will generate more money but this has a limit, when your child reaches the maximum level he will become a normal employee.
To make your child grow you will have to send them to special buildings in our universe, they will be called universities and, daily, you can send them to earn XP and FTB, this will allow you to save a little and increase the number of employees but remember that the mini employees are limited and will only become adults every 8 days.

Benefits
Transaction costs are reduced with more than one employee. For example: When you send a team with 10 employees you need to pay more or less 0.16 MTR but when you send 10 employees you need to pay 0.59 MTR (70% less tax with groups of 10 workers)
Mini-teams will get an additional 20 FTB. This will allow you to pay the tax and save some FTB.
When your employees become adults you will not have to burn and create new NFTs with your team, this means a reduction of more than 95% in network taxes.
Disadvantages
You will have to build teams with the future in mind, you can't just build any team because you will have to split them up later.
Universities Game (Send your mini employees)
You can play 1 time every 24 hours.
Your employee need's some XP to increase the level.
Your employee will reach the maximum experience depending on the factor of the universities. Every 8 days you will have enough XP for your mini employee to become an adult.
