Mini Employees Teams
You can create teams of mini-employees to save a lot of commission expenses. This will allow you to use the FTB you earn by sending your teams to universities in your own empire and not spend it on commission tokens. Create teams
Benefits
Transaction costs are reduced with more than one employee. For example: When you send a team with 10 employees you need to pay more or less 0.16 MTR but when you send 10 employees you need to pay 0.59 MTR (70% less tax with groups of 10 workers)
Mini-teams will get an additional 20 FTB. This will allow you to pay the tax and save some FTB.
When your employees become adults you will not have to burn and create new NFTs with your team, this means a reduction of more than 95% in network taxes.
Disadvantages
You will have to build teams with the future in mind, you can't just build any team because you will have to split them up later.
How to mint mini employees teams
Go to the minting page https://meter.businessbuilders.city/team-building, in the minting page you can see your mini employees list. Click on them to select your mini employees.
After selecting some mini-employees we can see the statistics at the top. In this case whe select 8 mini employees with 18 wood parts and 14 coal parts. The sum of the points of all employees is 32 points. After reviewing the statistics, a button will be activated in the top right corner of the screen, which will allow you to generate your team. Initially you will have to approve your mini employees. We will click on the button and confirm our transaction.
When our transaction is confirmed we will get a team on our list. And we will also be able to see its attributes.
